Following the Fourth Master Plan, the agency promotes and supports public policies within partner countries which are aimed at: Including partner countries in the international economy, promoting micro, small and middle-sized businesses, enabling financial inclusion, implementing a decent work agenda, encouraging social dialogue, understood as cooperation between governments and associations of entrepreneurs and workers, and promoting development in strategic industries such as renewable energy and ICTs.
